Appearance
Theme and density. Saved per device.
Theme
Light is the default. Dark is available via the sun/moon button in the header (or with the keyboard shortcut ⌘ K → "Toggle theme").
Density
Compact tightens table rows and stat cells for high-volume work; cozy is the default.

Google Calendar
Connects your Google Calendar so /book respects your real busy times and creates events with attendee invites. Scopes: calendar.events, calendar.readonly.

Gmail sync
Sends from your real Gmail address and pulls inbound messages from CRM contacts onto their drawers. Scopes: gmail.send, gmail.readonly. Only mail to/from CRM contacts within the last 90 days is indexed — older or cold-prospect contacts will surface zero messages, which is expected.

Maintenance
One-shot jobs that backfill or recompute denormalised CRM state. Safe to re-run.
Backfill call logs from completed tasks
Creates missing outreach_log entries for Next Action call tasks that were marked done without using the Log button. Safe to run multiple times — skips any date where a call is already logged for that contact.
Recalculate priority scores
Scores all your contacts 0–100 based on lifecycle stage, days since last contact, data quality (phone/email/LinkedIn), and seniority. Overwrites any manually-set scores.
